I currently live here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Bugs galore! Mold/mildew everywhere! I've spoken with other tenants and seems to be a common problem here. I will not take this post down until it gets fixed. Update, Thursday January 25: its been 3 weeks since the office promised an exterminator and nobody has showed up! Every video here that I posted are from different days.

I moved here recently, and I like the overall quality and convenience that this place offers. The space is comfortable and well-maintained, and the location offers easy access to amenities. My experience has been positive so far. I would also like to express my thanks to Alexis Martin for their assistance in securing my new apartment rental. Alexis' professionalism and efficiency made the rental process smooth and straightforward. They were attentive to my needs and addressed the questions I had. Overall, I appreciate their support and guidance throughout the leasing process.

If you like mold and water damage, this is the place for you! This complex is a complete joke. Not one member of the staff cares about anything that happens here. The manager and maintenance staff are wildly unprofessional and incompetent. They have a shocking lack of skill and accountability. Maintenance requests are inadequately “fixed” or are ignored altogether. Phone calls to management are never answered and messages are never responded to. On the rare occasion that you actually get to speak to the staff, they place the blame on someone/something else and always have to “get back to you about that”. Of course, that never actually happens. This is by far the most unreliable staff I have ever seen at any company in my life. The lack of caring really seems to be intentional. I cannot recommend enough that you stay aware from this property at all costs. If it was possible, I would leave an even lower review for this total nightmare of a place.

Absolutely disgusting! My mother lost her fiance in October and was moving here. We came to inspect the place and SAW A ROACH!! before she even moved in. The place was supposedly “clean” but there was food LEFT in the microwave, dirt everywhere, grease still in the oven. Disgusting!! Please please pay attention to the reviews on here. stay away! Can’t believe we saw a roach and we didn’t even move in yet.
